Iris Scott, hailing from Maple Valley in Washington state, spent her study years in Florence before moving to the edge of the rainforest in Taiwan. There, she discovered finger painting, which she continued in New York. Her colourful paintings are exhibited internationally. Scott draws inspiration not only from the jungle but also from the pristine wilderness of the American Southwest, where she currently resides.
