Cancellation Policy

Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.

You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and not later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied or (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods or if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. In the case of goods which by their nature cannot be returned by post, the cost is estimated at a maximum of approximately €150. The returned goods are to be adequately packaged; however, there is no requirement to use the original packaging. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Voluntary return policy up to 100 days after receipt of goods

For consumers the following applies: In addition to statutory withdrawal rights, we also grant you a voluntary return period of 100 days after receipt of goods. With this return policy, you may withdraw from the contract after the statutory 14-day withdrawal period by sending goods back to the address below within 100 days of receipt of goods (beginning on the day goods are received). Timely dispatch of goods is sufficient for observing the deadline. However, a prerequisite for making use of your voluntary return rights is that goods are returned in a complete and undamaged state.

Your statutory right to withdraw from the contract remains unaffected by the contractually agreed upon voluntary return policy. Until the 14-day withdrawal period expires, the legal conditions stated in the cancellation policy apply exclusively. Furthermore, our voluntary return policy does not restrict your statutory warranty rights.

For returns by post, you can request a return label at the price of €6.95 from our customer service (by e-mail to or by phone at +49 341 33 97 59 00).

Large goods delivered by truck (this includes all size L products, for which you are charged €39.95 for order shipping) can be returned to us at a cost of €69.95. To do so, please contact our customer service, so that we can arrange collection by our courier.

The amount will be deducted from your refund upon receipt of your item(s).
