Bel Ragay is a web designer / graphic artist. Bel was born and raised in Las Pinas City, Philippines in 1984. She graduated from San Beda College Alabang with a degree of Computer Science. During her years in college, she joined several art competitions which gave her awards until the year 2002 when she was able to learn web design and graphics. She has won an award as the Filipino blog site of the year for greencapsule on the same year. After graduation, she has decided to pursue a career in graphics and web design. She worked as a junior graphic and web artist for Academy of Computer Arts in the Philippines, produced several works for web, print, and motion. Soon after several years, she was able to take on a more challenging work for an e-learning company in the Philippines as an art director. Responsible for producing and developing concepts for marketing, advertising, and web, she is able to expand her skills to a broader area. Graphic design is her area of expertise; tired from doing graphic design for corporate companies she indulges herself in producing vector artworks for several communities in the Philippines. Her style encompasses spunk, grace, and elegance into one. Women displaying different expressions and actions are her favorite. She is also the events coordinator for Philweavers Network-the foremost online community for Filipino web designers.
