Delivery

We send our products through DPD (Germany-wide) and UPS (world-wide). Every package is insured up to a goods value of net $ 500.00.

Important note:
Please take care that the name on your post box and bell is legible. If receipt of the parcel is not possible during the daytime you may also inform us of an alternative delivery address, i.e. your work address.

If the product cannot be delivered directly to your hands, the item is handed to a neighbour of yours or a note is placed in your post box informing you of an alternative delivery time and date. If, after 3 attempts you are still unable to take receipt of the item, it is sent back to Posterlounge. Alternatively a note is placed in your post box informing you of a time, when you can pick the parcel up from your nearest DPD shop. Your package is kept there for 7 days before it is returned to Posterlounge.
