Delivery

We send our products through DHL EXPRESS (Germany-wide) and the German Parcel Service (Europe-wide). Every package is insured up to a goods value of net $ 500.00.

Important note:
Please take care that the name on your post box and bell is legible. If receipt of the parcel is not possible during the daytime you may also inform us of an alternative delivery address, i.e. your work address.

If the product cannot be delivered directly to your hands, the item is handed to a neighbour of yours or a note is placed in your post box informing you of a time, usually before 6pm, when you can pick the parcel up from your nearest post office. Your package is kept there for 7 days before it is returned to Posterlounge.

If the product cannot be delivered directly to your hands, the item is handed to a neighbour of yours or a note is placed in your post box informing you of an alternative delivery time and date. If, after 3 attempts you are still unable to take receipt of the item, it is sent back to Posterlounge.
